Return Policy

Realicon Digital Solutions offers a straightforward return policy to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. This policy details how to return products, including conditions and procedures.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return products within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. For example, a networking switch must be unopened and intact.

Products Not Eligible

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or personalized products, like tailored access control systems.
  • Perishable items or those with limited shelf life.
  • Sale items, unless specified.
  • Products damaged or used by the customer.

Initiating a Return

Contact our customer service at info@realicon.co.ke or (+254)711 354180 within 7 days. Provide:

  • Order number.
  • Product details.
  • Reason for return.
  • Contact information.
  • Photos, if applicable.

We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Use a tracked, insured service and include the RAN. Ship to:

Inspection and Acceptance

We’ll inspect returns to confirm eligibility. Approved returns proceed to refund or exchange; unapproved returns are returned with an explanation. Inspection typically takes 2-3 business days.

Exchanges

For exchanges, specify the desired product when initiating the return. Pay any price difference for higher-value items; lower-value items receive a refund for the difference. For example, exchanging a basic camera for an advanced model requires paying the price gap.

Defective Products

For defective items, like a faulty walkie-talkie, contact us within 7 days. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund after inspection. Provide defect evidence to speed up processing.

Special Conditions

Large items, like electric fences, may incur handling fees. Contact us for details. Holiday returns (Dec 7, 2022–Jan 31, 2023) allow 8 days.

Packaging Returns

Use original packaging or a sturdy box with protective materials. Include all components to avoid delays or partial refunds.

Tracking Returns

Use a trackable service to monitor your return. Retain the tracking number in case of issues.

Lost Returns

If a return is lost, provide proof of shipment (e.g., tracking number). Without confirmation, we may not process a refund.

International Returns

Currently, we ship only within Kenya, but if international shipping is introduced, customers will handle import duties and taxes.
