Order Processing

Orders process Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM EAT. Post-5:00 PM orders process the next business day. Handling times:

• Standard Shipping: 0-1 business days.
• Free Shipping: 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods

We offer:

• Standard Shipping: KES 500, 1-3 business days.
• Free Shipping: Orders over KES 200,000, 2-4 business days.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation email provides a tracking number to check delivery status on our website or the carrier’s site.

Delivery

Deliveries occur Monday–Friday. Expect:

• Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days.
• Free Shipping: 2-4 business days.

For example, an order placed Monday at 3:00 PM may arrive Wednesday or Thursday with standard shipping.
